The Xinachtli (Blossoming Seed) Rites of Passage Program and Curriculum is a comprehensive bilingual/bicultural youth development program designed to provide teens guidance for a healthy development into adulthood. Based on indigenous principles of the individual's interconnectedness to the family, the community, the nation, and the world this curriculum provides a dialectic process of Reflexión (Reflection), Concientización (Consciousness raising), Creación (Creation), and Acción (Action) while supporting and building on the strengths of each individual.
